Thank you for shopping with W Couture.

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during weekends, holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume order periods.

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $250 or more. Shipping rates for orders under $250 will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. W Couture is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. W Couture is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears to be lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier.
